Technology Introduction

The cable is an ancient architectural component.

Since the Stone Age, humans have been using vines, tree stems, and similar materials as the main elements of cables to connect mountains, valleys, and rivers. These seemingly inconspicuous vines and tree stems already demonstrated the mechanical characteristics of modern suspension structures.

A cable-stayed structure is a load-bearing structural system composed of flexible tension cables and their edge components. This system is simple in structure, aesthetically pleasing, uses fewer support points, saves on land occupation and per-unit steel usage, and possesses good wind resistance, large spans, and high clearance among other system features.

This greatly enhances the spatial utilization of land; solar power can be generated above the ground, while agriculture, forestry, and fisheries can thrive below. It enables farmers to cultivate land, herders to graze livestock, and fishermen to raise fish, truly achieving secondary land use. It supports the rural revitalization strategy, leaving the land for our descendants.

The cable structure flexible photovoltaic support system, through customized design and algorithmic model calculations, constructs the PV module array into a safe and stable spatial entity that can effectively withstand wind vibrations, significantly reducing the occurrence of micro-cracking in PV modules. By constructing the PV array into a large-span spatial entity, it is possible to achieve spans of 30-60 meters and heights of 2-15 meters, overcoming restrictions on PV module layout imposed by underlying terrain or building conditions, and fully liberating the space beneath the array. This enables the true realization of agricultural, forestry, and fishery photovoltaic power stations complementing each other, offering broad application prospects in both centralized and distributed PV power stations. It effectively addresses several major concerns for PV power station investors, such as system safety and stability, complex terrain adaptability, economical investment and construction, and diversity of application scenarios. It has now become an essential choice for PV power station investing owners.
